Arise and Walk

One day I got an email from a total stranger, but who turned out to be a big fan of ARISE & WALK. Attached was a PDF file containing a review of my book in their local parish gazette. It’s consoling to think that ARISE gives light and life to souls out there – by God’s grace of course. I reprint the book review below:

For almost a year now Arise & Walk has been on the air, thanks to the Radio Program Buhay, Pamilya, Bayan of Radio Mindanao Network (RMN). Seasoned broadcaster Mrs. Amy Suemith reads excerpts of the book and shares deep insights on various issues affecting life, family and society. You may tune in to RMN Radio DZXL, 558 KHz, every Sunday at 2-3 pm.

Ediciones Rialp, a Madrid-based publisher on Catholic spirituality with a worldwide network, is coming out with a Spanish version of ARISE & WALK late this year or early 2011. Translations are underway and will hopefully bring the book to Spanish speaking countries in Europe and the Americas. Will it be called Levántate y Anda? Perhaps will carry a slightly modified title and will come out in two pocket size volumes.
